Return Eligibility
- You can return items within 24 hours of delivery.
- Sarees with stitched blouses, Lehenga with stitched blouses, pre-stitched sarees, pre-stitched lehengas, unstitched sarees with fall & pico, as well as customised and personalised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
- Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
- All returns are subject to approval.
Please note: Products purchased during festive or any offers are non-refundable. These terms and conditions apply to all sale items.
How to Return a Product

- Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refund Process

Once the product has been reached to our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact.
- Upon successful pickup, we will initiate your refund.
- The store credit will be added to your account within 48 hours.
Please note: All refunds are issued as store credit only.
