Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • You can return items within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Sarees with stitched blouses, Lehenga with stitched blouses, pre-stitched sarees, pre-stitched lehengas, unstitched sarees with fall & pico, as well as customised and personalised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
  • Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
  • All returns are subject to approval.

Please note: Products purchased during festive or any offers are non-refundable. These terms and conditions apply to all sale items.

 

How to Return a Product

  • Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refund Process 

  • Once the product has been  reached to our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact.
  • Upon successful pickup, we will initiate your refund.
  • The store credit will be added to your account within 48 hours.

Please note: All refunds are issued as store credit only.
