What is Gotifab's Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order through the Gotifab website within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale as well.

Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Once an order has been packed, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I cancel my order?
For order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at info@gotifab.com or +91-9909434988 within 24 hours of placing your order. Kindly note that orders can only be cancelled within this 24-hour period and before they are packed in our warehouse.


I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For all cancelled orders, the eligible amount will be issued as Store Credit to your Gotifab account. Store Credit will be processed within 5–7 business days and can be used toward your future purchases on Gotifab.
